The challenge
No centralized inventory forecast existed across business units. Master data was scattered across Excel files, demand and inventory forecasting was manual, and supply chain parameters were inconsistent across Salesforce, S/4 HANA, and Blue Yonder.
What we built
We built a custom Anaplan platform integrated across business units, unifying product hierarchy, BOM details, and purchase order flows. The platform added role-based access, workflows, and a Purchase, Supply, and Inventory planner with dashboards, all fed by an Azure Synapse Analytics data hub with CI/CD pipelines.
